In particular, Anthony did a brillinat job with the write-up and viewings, Ben aced the photography and Barbara did an amazing job as the progression agent to get it to exchange. If you are selling don't underestimate the value of a good progressor - Barbara did a lot of work to keep things moving and make things less stressful for us -- including with our onward purchase, and it was very much appreciated.
